| As a Kentucky native, Dr. Fleming completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. After receiving his D.M.D. degree from the University of Kentucky, he completed a general practice residency in Lexington, KY with special training in anesthesia, oral surgery, and medicine. His formal training culminated at Saint Louis University where he earned a Master's degree and Certificate in the Specialty of Orthodontics. Soon after, he gained certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He enjoys golf, travel, snow skiing, and University of Kentucky athletics. |
